Bug Fixes:
  • Fund Appropriation: Transaction dates and batch dates now passed to query window when user clicks on a fund.
  • Common Task Rollups: Rollups on My Account and Admin no longer disappear.

  • Letter Templates: Preview interface for letter templates so users can see how a Letter Body will look on a receipt.
  • Lite Page Responses: Define rules for each lite page to send a prepared personalized Auto Reply based on how a member uses the lite page.
  • Events: Send invitations to an event from the event edit interface.
  • Search/Quick Search: Search and Quick Search now default to both fullname AND email address.
  • Emails: New Address Book feature added to email interface!
Enhancements:
  • Transactions: Material discount now limited to full price of material
  • Member Notes: Notes on each member are not available through the overview page for faster access.
  • User Permissions: Changes in user permissions now applied without necessitating a user logout.
  • Admin User Grid: Users grid standardized to match other GWP grids.
  • User Permissions: Editing permissions simplified by one click selections for groups or types (read, edit, add, delete).
  • Transaction inteface: Javascript added to transaction interface to clarify saves, totals, deductions and inclusions.
  • Groups: Groups will be automatically deactivated after specified end date.
  • POP Accounts: "Test Settings" link performs validation on server, username and password.
